The history of..I've seen the BBC-series a while ago. I was impressed then.
The book is even more impressive. Beautiful pictures, interesting text.
It lies open on my desk and everyday it is a gift when I read a couple of pages.

Excellent photographic anthology...A really interesting and well presented anthology of photographic history. There are some disappointing omissions but given that it's one man's views that is inevitable. It's still a terrific book for anyone with an interest in photographic history and a compilation of some fantastic images. It really is a must, and such a steal of a price.
Genius of PtographyA very nice book the was the 'mate' to the TV programme. covers a few more things in better detail than TV. Has lots of excellent pics to look at.
