Useful Ideas for a Small GardenMy wife and I both enjoy gardening, but have the typically small British garden.We came across this book through a friend, and decided to purchase the only other alternative being stealing our friends copy.
The book is very informative, and very easy to follow, for all us amateurs. All soil types are covered, most amateur "gardeners" dont have much idea about the type of soil in their garden, and this can be important when selecting plants.
We also found the sections covering which plants to select in regards to size and shape and where the best positions were for planting, extremely helpful.
The real enjoyment is visiting your local garden centres and looking for the plants you have selected. We have now finished all our planting and now with fingers crossed that weather and bugs permitting all our purchases will thrive.
